The short version
- We never train on your data. Your prompts, files, and generated code do not feed any model we run or any model we use.
- We never see your secrets. Don't paste API keys, tokens, passwords, or anything else that should stay private. If you do, treat it as compromised.
- No PHI on the public product. Codebrella's public surface (this site, build.codebrella.ai) is not HIPAA-covered and must not be used for protected health information. If you need a compliant deployment, contact us for a private install.
- Builds run on infrastructure operated by Codebrella; we do not ship them to third-party model providers.
What we collect
- Waitlist email — if you sign up, we store your email so we can let you in when the beta opens. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
- Account data — name, email, and any project metadata you create in the product.
- Uploaded files — anything you attach to a build (documents, spreadsheets, rules) is stored locally on Codebrella infrastructure so the agents can read it. Files are not shared, indexed for ads, or sold.
- Build artifacts — the code and outputs Codebrella produces for you are yours. We retain a copy so the app library works.
- Operational logs — IP address, user-agent, and request paths are logged for ~30 days for abuse and security control. Not used for marketing.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't use your prompts or files to train any model.
- We don't share your projects with other users or third parties.
- We don't run third-party analytics or ad pixels on this site.
Sub-processors
Codebrella runs on infrastructure we own and operate. We use Cloudflare to serve and protect this site. If we ever add a sub-processor we'll name them here before any of your data reaches them.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a CSRF token cookie for form posts. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
Email us and we'll delete, export, or correct anything we hold for you. Beta product — expect a response in days, not minutes.
Changes
When we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will also be emailed to anyone on the waitlist.
