This is a beta product
Codebrella is in active development. Things will break. Builds will sometimes fail. Don't rely on it for anything you can't recover from with a rebuild or a manual edit. By using the product you accept that it ships as-is, with no warranty of any kind.
You own your output
Code, files, and artifacts Codebrella produces for your prompts belong to you. We retain a copy so the app library works for you, but we don't claim a license over it and we don't reuse it for other customers.
You're responsible for what you build
If Codebrella writes code that you ship — to production, to customers, to a regulated environment — you are responsible for reviewing it, testing it, and complying with applicable law. Don't deploy generated code blindly.
What you can't do
- No protected health information (PHI). The public product is not HIPAA-covered. Don't paste medical records, patient-identifying notes, or anything else regulated under HIPAA.
- No destructive prompts. Builds that delete data, drop databases, force-push, or otherwise destroy state are refused by the agents. Don't try to route around that.
- No credentials. Don't paste API keys, tokens, private keys, or passwords. We won't redact them on your behalf.
- No abuse. No malware, no harassment, no rights-infringing content, no high-volume scraping. We'll terminate accounts that do this and we don't owe you a refund.
Accounts and access
Access to the build product is currently invite-only via the waitlist. If you've been given access, keep your credentials confidential. We can suspend access for violation of these terms or for security reasons, and we'll try to give notice when we do.
Pricing and payment
Pricing during the beta is what you see on the homepage and what you agreed to at checkout, if any. We can change prices for new subscriptions with notice; existing subscriptions keep their rate through the end of the current billing period.
No warranty
Codebrella is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The agents make mistakes. Generated code may contain bugs, security holes, or licensing issues. Review before you ship.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Codebrella and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the product. Total aggregate liability, if any, won't exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Codebrella against any third-party claim arising from your use of the product — including code you ship, PHI you improperly upload, or terms-of-service violations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.
Changes
We can update these terms; the date at the top will move. Material changes will be emailed to active users. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
